She should be given the same punishment a man who did the same horrible act would get and that surely is not a second trial.
I remember when story first came out how many people mostly woman wanted to blame the husband for "leaving her alone" all the time when he went to work to support the family.
What kind of a defense can she possibly have?

God will ultimately give her a punishment if she's not saved. If i were not saved i would want her to be slowly drowned and just enough electrically shocked not to kill her but to make her SUFFER slowly. I know it will not bring back the children, and even though what she did was the ultimate evil......... if her children were alive I'm sure they would not want there mother hurt, as kind and forgiving as children can be. She will hopefully suffer all the rest of her days.

She should be committed to a mental institution, until which time she is considered cured then she should have her tubes tied just as a precaution and as part of her probation.
