Depends whether she lives in an expensive area. If you hire a cleaning service, you'll get charged about 15 $ / hr and the cleaner gets $ 7. I hired a lady privately and paid her the $ 15 / hr directly. Each Christmas, I paid her 100$ extra because she did such a nice job.

try to get someone near where your grandmother lives. i would say aproximately $15 per hour. i assume they would not be in a ,'care of grandmother' situation. because this requires a proffessional person. but to just clean house and do afew errands , that would be an ok price to pay,
