i dunno if u consider yoga a sport...i been doin it for half a yr now and i m hooked on it.. it not only tone your body its also create this inner peace in me....so i would say that its a sport that cultivate your body, mind soul

I love basketball...it's about the only sport I can keep up with and understand the rules. And besides, in basketball, the four 15 minute quarters usually last just 15 minutes each. In football? They say the game is an hour long. They lie! They spend hours before the game telling you what you are about to see, then the game lasts MUCH longer than one hour, and then they spend the next two hours telling you what you just saw...usually an hour long football game will take up an intire Sunday!! LOL

My favorite sport is swimming. It's incredible how you as a swimmer can manipulate the water. Meaning being a good swimmer involves you to explore the water and allow youself to push yourself to the limit. Like learning to do certain tricks is really cool.
