The last I heard, he had been invited to be the speaker at the NAACP for every year he's been in office... things keep "coming up" every time he is invited...
I think he's the only president to be invited that didn't speak... interesting...
Blaming Nagin entirely for Katrina is horribly naive and you clearly have no idea of the chain of command.. the governor is probably equally responsible and Bush/brownie is at least partially responsible... but hey... don't worry about the people who actually control things...
There is VIDEO of bush being warned about what could happen a few days before it hit... but yeah.. .sure, he had no idea...

George Bush doesn't hate blacks, screwing people over just comes natural to him. That's a fact. As far as Katrina is concerned it's every level of governments fault local, state and federal. Whether there were people there after Katrina or not it should not have taken that long to respond to the situation. All I can say is I wasn't surprised. That's a fact.

Give me a list of the legislation that has passed Congress for the betterment of any Minority class. Add to that a list of all legislation passed by Congress that helps Women.
You demand "facts" do your own homework and stop asking others to do it for you. This is your homework for today.
I will bet the farm and all the cows you do not reply with any list.
Why, because your a Republican, you want others to fight and die in Iraq while you sit home and collect the tax cuts you voted for from Bu$h and his cronies. You also want others, the working class, to pay the $2 trillion cost of war. Now do your homework and leave me comments any time.
BTW, have you read all the request's made by Nagin, for the Federals to fix the levies in Louisiana, in education there is truth.
Also according to the Congressional investigation report the blame falls on Bu$h and FEMA. Read that.

The Bush Administration submitted a brief against affirmative action in the University of Michigan Supreme Court Case. Republicans are also now delaying the voting rights act. Bush is not an overt racist but his polices are.

Bush as well as most people are opposed to affirmative action and tired of handing these people welfare and tired of their drug use and crime. The black political leaders tell their black constituents that Bush and the Republicans hate them and they believe it. Probably most blacks just don't want to give up their welfare and therefore hate anyone opposed to giving it to them. They don't actually want to work for a living. Who can reason with the first born of Australopithecus?

Because democrats always try and convince everyone that Republicans are against black people.
It doesn't matter that Republicans were the party that freed the slaves and the democrats were for keeping them enslaved.
It doesn't matter that the democrats want minorities disenfranchised and angry and always wanting their promises. While most republicans strive to make it equal for all and hire based on skills.

Because he blew up the New Orleans levees? Because he invented Sickle Cell Anemia and HIV/AIDS? Because he put anti-black chemicals in Olde English 800? Because he poisoned the ink used to make paper money to sterilize black guys? Because he shot MLK?

Possibly because he does not pander to any particular group. He supports us all. Which really ticks off "some" of the black leaders who want to push their agenda over everyone Else's. So they perpetuate the lie.
