People think the US is divided now should take a harder look at history, in Vietnam and civil rights era, there are open urban warfare,
before that, the South segregated itself from other part of the country, and before that, the US was basically two countries bounding together by one vaguely worded Constitution. It took one huge civil war to make this country truly united. After reading all that, do you still think the so called red vs blue divide is really a worth mentioning divide?

The states are still united. Just the people aren't.

once upon both the states and pople were united but now it seems that only the states are united.
