i really want to know who sing this song, i think its called "missing you" and in the chorus she says "im missing you like rain" and she sounds black, it kinda sound like ashanti, or alliyah... does any body know this song?

I honestly think its Aaliyah...but if it has a guitar sound in the backround and is not really that slow its probably Ashanti.......The Aaliyah says something about him going away to school...if that helps....that line is in the first verse
