ROM = Read Only Memory

You don't need to worry about ROM.

You can find out the details about RAM, by right clicking on My Computer.

There is another way: Go Start-> Run-> type "dxdiag" then Enter, when DirectX Diagnostic Tool dialog box open, you will find out your configuration, not only RAM.
What about ROM? the amount of ROM may printed on CMOS chip, near battery on the motherboard. Contact your PC vendor to read it.

RAM: right click on my computer and click on properties
As people said ROM is not really necessary to know, but if what you wanted to know is your Hard Drive space, open my computer, then right click on the drive you want to check and click on properties there.

you don't need to know amount Of ROM because you have what you need.

ROM means read-only memory, and the very basic programing that the computer has is recorded there, the kind of programing that routes the memory stacks and makes the computer respond even if there is no hard drive installed...(and therefore, no Windows)
