Everyone does a credit check..The best thing to do is find a renter that is not in Real Estate...a person that just rents homes on the side

I live in Charleston, WV too. That's cool. Anyway, look in the Ad Bulletin or the newspapers(In gas stations). The real estate books hardly ever have any. You can check on WQBE.com on Albay, but there's probably not any there either.

Look up USDA-RHS on line. They do housing for people with bad credit and low income anywhere in the US
