The only Disney movies that are also Pixar movies are ones made with CGI. So that would make your list asking for 5 out of like 7 movies.

A Bugs Life, Toy Story, Toy Story 2, Monsters Inc., Finding Nemo, The Incredibles and Cars. They are the ONLY Pixar Movies.

I think nearly all the Disney & Pixar movies are terrific, but my favorite ones would have to be The Incredibles, Bug's Life, Finding Nemo, and Monster's Inc. I know it's only 4 movies, but I haven't seen Cars, and don't really like Toy Story.
The 'old' Disney movies are still good, but they're a bit too goody-goody sometimes ... and not as funny as the new Disney & Pixar ones.
