If you can prove it in Civil Court then sue. It takes a preponderance of evidence not beyond a shadow of doubt The jury has to believe that it probably happened. If they threw it out on 1st day, you probably need more evidence for Civil Court too. Good Luck!

you need money for a lawyer. or call around to see if the newspaper or television station will pick up on your story. you may get a lawyer who will do the case for the exposure. if nothing else take this lesson to heart and help others speak out against the injustices of our legal system. you can bet if you had a big name in the community the guy would fry.

I am surprised that the prosecutor took the case to court if he did not have strong enough evidence.Prosecutors are powerful people they are the ones who determine if you are to stand trial or not. They look at all the evidence. There is not alot you can do now.but believe me there is such a thing a poetic justice and he will get his.Just stand back and watch.

There is not much to do through the criminal justice system. That would be double jeopardy. You might be able to seek compensation through the civil courts. Remember the O.J. Simpson case?

the only thing i know is to get evidence, if they threw it out of court and you still think there is something you could do to change that contact a lawyer for some advice , usually lawyers have a free consultation

my life and my mothers life were absolutely destroyed by the jury system... the jury system does not always work, realize its human beings like us randomly chosen for jury.. and a lot of them want to get back to their normal lives making money ASAP not really caring about the morality of the situation etc... not sitting in a jury chair..... THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM IS SO UNFAIR!!!!!
