I love thunderstorms, and find that I have a deeper, more restful sleep during one. Do you?

I so totally sleep better during a thunder storm. The lightning flashing soothes me somehow. The worse the storm the better if you ask me.

I love thunderstorms, but I can't sleep thru them because I always want to stay awake and listen to the thunder and the rain and watch the lightning. I love sitting on my porch during a thunderstorm it is so calming.

Don't ever take the sleeping pills route!!
1. They will damage your liver big time and you can get into serious health problems.
2. You will get hooked up on them and you won't be able to have a normal life any more if you don't take your pills everyday.
The sleeping pills industry is damaging our health by capitalizing on our ignorance, and by distracting people from effective and natural ways to deal with this problem. I had been taking prescription sleep medications [Ambien] for over 5 years. It stopped working and I simply took more. Still did not work. It was a very difficult cycle to break. I was really in bad shape due to lack of sleep.

NO!! I HATE thunderstorms at night! Storms during the day is OK but, at night, I can NOT handle the thunder noise (can't sleep through thunderstorms)!!!!!!

Yes. I even have a CD of a thunderstorm. It starts off as a soft rain, then picks up. Eventually you hear lots of thunder. After a while, it dies down slowly until there's just a very soft rain again, then rain dripping off the roof or whatever... It's wonderful! ..

yes , i love thunderstorms. i sleep very soundly when it is storming outside. I am not sure why but the sounds of a thunderstorm seems to calms me down and i can fall asleep and stay asleep longer than normal

i LOVE thunderstorms! for me the more the better...lightning is so breathtaking and in my state we don't get them that often so when we do it's a real treat! (our monsoon season starts next month-can't wait!)
