I think it depends on the other features of the face. Like, if you already have small nose and small lips it looks just weird. But if you have round nose and cute big lips and you don't put make up on, then yes, it's cute.
But honestly, I think girls from India and such who've got big eyes look very bad. Sorry, I just had to say it.
EDIT: Oh, and for guys, I think they look good with big eyes when they have muscular faces. I hate the Elijah Wood kinda face, it makes me sick and I wish guys like that would just admit they were born in Mars.

I dont' know....it depends on who you are. I am a man who loves when woman make solid eye contact with me....for some reason it is reassuring. As for the eye color...I dont' think it matters....as long as it goes with the color of her hair. I've crushed on ones with brown, blue, hazel, and all other kinds and I haven't found one that I would say I liked the most....they are all kinda sexy if you ask me. Big eyes are a matter of taste....but I like em', it kinda brings out the personality if they are used correctly.

Poppy eyes---no. Enhancing your own eyes so the man can see your expressions and the glint in your eyes for him---yes. You want enhancement, not looking like a bug.
