Hmm let me give it a shot.
I say that the Republican-Democrat party never actually split way back when. They still secretly work together and just make it seem that they hate each other. They just make it so no other party can ever come to power. Poor Theodore Roosevelt found out about this and started a third part which almost won. The Repub-dems even tried to assasinate him when he campaigned. But our votes are worthless and are never really counted. A council of 4 repubs and 4 dems decides who gets what in each election.
