old enough...to drive, to graduate, to drink, to live on your own absolutely! but in the sense you are talking about; i dont think so...you can never be old enought to as you say undo the stuff parents have done to you...they have helped form the person you are today with both the good and the bad; a memory will always be there and you dont get old enough to be without it. and even if you think you have cleaned up your mess you have much more in the life ahead of you to think you are done with mess... we are never old enough for life!

No you are never old enough because in this one part of the world these 104 and 103 year olds have tea and do activities and this one dude was ski surfing at the age of 100.

Of course ya do!One day you can make your own life the way you want it to be..Parents are more or less tour guides thru your early years and have the hopes that you will be a decent adult one day..That decision is ultimately up to you so good luck!

Nope!
Many people have had such a number done on them that they never really recover.
It is impossible to forget-- but sometimes one can forgive- that would help.
Have a SLOW LONG read at the site below--MAYBE it will help??

yes, eventually you realize that you cannot let your parents mistakes decide the course of your life. you have to forge out alone and discover who you are outside of who they made you be. when you take responsibility for your own happiness you'll know you're old enough.

I'm sorry your childhood was not a good one. Sometimes parents really mean well, it just doesn't turn out that way....
In my case, I am very lucky to have such awesome parents....I am blessed...:)

Depending on what your parents did to you. Might not ever get over it. But over time you will settle in being yourself.
