OMG!!! My Friend told me that a month ago...her Mom told her that when she was young...her Mom's Mom told her that when she was young...etc. She was so serious too. I had to laugh. And my friend is 30. It's an old wives tale to ward off young women from getting seduced by lecherous older men.

LMAO!!! That is too funny. You could get worms just as easily from a young guy too, providing he has worms to spread. Tapeworms are pretty common and easily spread through sexual contact... ewwwwww!!

I think that if you have unprotected sex, then anything can happen...
You probably want to make sure that he cleans under his fingernails and that you avoid having unprotected anal sex.
This would go for anyone though. Pinworms are parasites that grow in your lower bowels and anyone can get them and not know it.
