my greatest fear is losing my dearest family members, i know they will die one day, but seeing them die a horrible death is a great fear!

My greatest fear is of the life unlived. Of not living to my fullest potential. Of not experiencing all the good and baneful of the world. Of not knowing love and loss. Of not seeing all the beauty and shame. Of not enjoying the simplest of pleasures and the highest of triumphs. Of living only to exist instead of living for the pure joy of it.

I fear dying.... not sure why though. I think I just fear putting my son and the rest of my family through all the pain of seeing me gone.
