Time is a measurement of God. God, Time, and Evolution are the only Absolutes. Love, Hate, Good, Evil, Humanity, and Spirituality are the Human Constants...somewhere in the mortal world, they will exist. But God, Time, and Evolution have a constant, overlying spread that never disappears. Time is a never-ending river of interconnected events, Evolution is the mechanics of it all, and God is the spirit that drags it along.

Time is a human linear concept, it is to measure the space between a moment and another. It is only for linear things, things that are created, that live and die. Between a begining and an end. God has no time at all but we do because one day we are born and "later" we die, and we measure this space in between those 2 moments, for which we have created measurements.
This earth's time is almost up... Think about it!
