Yes. We have a white van and my husband is a lousy driver. Nothing is ever his fault, you know. When we're out together, I generally do all the driving so I don't have to listen to him swear at the other folks on the road.

I know for a fact that a lot of people who use white vans are surveillance type things watching people for companies. Maybe that's why they drive so erratically.
