Well how young do you mean I know a 6 year old who got a 14 year old pregnant.

No. It couldn't happen. First of all, you can't have "sex" with a baby; it is rape. And, if you raped a baby, he wouldn't ejaculate viable sperm, so you wouldn't get pregnant. And, even if it *is* just an academic question, how disgusting can you get to *talk* about raping babies?!
I *think* what you really wanted to know is (and what you should have asked) is "Do infant boys produce viable sperm?"
And, for the edification of some of the uninformed people who wrote answers above... You do *not* need semen to get pregnant. Only sperm. The semen is the *medium* to transport the sperm and nothing else.

NO! A male does not produce sperm that can fertilize an egg until much later in life. This is a sick thought. I truly hope that no one tries this.

girl he should be at least 15 years old to get sperm in his pines.. when he is baby he gets hard cause his pines is streching but he is not feeling anything when he reach 15 years him balls gets full of sperms so he will be able to have sex and get his girl to be pregnant.

It is entirely impossible to get pregnant unless the boy is sexually mature! The sperm aren't mature yet!
