i've had this crazy passion to climb a water tower

ya see i rock climb every where i go buildering but thats getting boring now too. and i dont think i 'll actualy do it but i was just wondering.

Maybe I don't climb water towers 'cause I'm a smart person. Or maybe it's 'cause I'm an Earth sign!!! I'd think a penalty could be possibly falling!! Ouch!

If you get a job with the water company and contract to repaint the tower (usually they have logos or the name of the town they are in on them) you should have no problem.

Otherwise it will be at least trespassing, possibly an accusation of suicide attempt, which would let them put you in a mental institution for much longer than they could jail you temporarily. And, in these security- conscious days, they might even assume that you were planning some terrorist act, like blowing it up or poisoning the water supply. And, a Federal rap you don't want.

It would be considered trespassing on someone elses property or you could get charged with wreckless self-endangerment.

Check with the police and the owners fo the water tower - after that you are good!

just do it at night when nobody is watching..thats what I used to do

try it and find out. first time offense, you shouldnt get in that much trouble.

it is a misdameaner tresspassing charge unless you intend to jump to your death.
