It depend on several things

Are you talking a 4 foot cave man with no tools?
Or a big burly kind of cave man?

Is the cave man well feed or has he been starving for awhile?
Is the astronaut just returning from a trip or just completing training?

Does the Cave man have a weapon?
Does the Astronaut have a weapon?
Is the astronaut trained to fight, like x-Marin or more remote fighting like an Air Force Pilot.

Are the facing each other in a ring? in a building? out in the wilderness?

Does one surprise the other?

If all things are even and it's just a brawl most likely the Caveman. Might as well say would he survive if you threw an astronaut into a cage with 400lb Gorilla. "No," not if the Gorilla is pissed at him.

The caveman as he is running on instinct rather than the modern human brain that fells to many emotions to beat someone running on pure instinct and the need to survive.
He'd kick some Neil Armstrong ar*e and show him whats for. plus the cave man will have a club where as the astronaut would only have an array of scientific devices to measure the light or rock formations something or other not really aggressive fighting with a glorified ruler.

It depends on where they are...if they're in space then the astronaut bc he has a space suit but if they're on earth then the cave man because he wouldn't be weighed down with a space suit.

Cave man. No contest.

Think about it. An astronaut (especially in his suit) wouldn't be able to move. His suit is designed to be used in weight-less envionments and is quite heavy.
