No. Time is a perpetual forward march. No matter how inert things seem to be, how static, they are always moving. For something to remain as a constant, other then the Time/Evolution/God triage, would fly in the face of existance, and through the universe off it's rocker. So, if something were to remain motionless, it would negate all of the Big Three. Time, God, Evolution, Good, Evil, Love, Hate, the Universe, and Everything would have to change their laws, and in fact, they would no longer be what they are.
Seek Peace, Fly High, Find Love,

Time isn't an existing thing. Time is like Communisms or baseball. If we didn't invent it it wouldn't exist. The earth rotates around the sun. It just rotates, it doesn't take 365 days it just goes and goes and goes, and we decided to make out a mathematical formula to decide when it comes around to the same spot again, and from there we decided to put in things called minutes to see how long it take for the sun to go from on point to another in our sky. Time isn't a natural thing like gravity. It's just something we made up.

Time is an abstract. The measurement of time is for our convenience. One day is one revolution of the earth, one year is one revolution around the sun. Time can be measured however you want, how many candles you burn, how much sand through an hour glass. The measure of time is just for our personal ease of use. But you can measure it however you choose. No one else will understand you, but time is a constant, and an abstract thought, all at once.

time is nothing other than the measure of change. Two stationary objects are out of time. Only when one starts to move in relation to the other does time exist.

No acutally i'm attempting to alter. no longer me by utilising myself or in that strange villian way. yet i'm attempting to alter the international. do you be attentive to the type you are attempting this, one random act of kindness at a time. and that i these days went to a prepare and the subject became "ripples". It potential that if one guy or woman does some thing to help out somebody else greater human beings will seize directly to it and do an identical. purely like ripples in water. yet i attempt to help out with fundraisers and feeding and garments the needy. It makes me sense plenty greater useful as quickly as I help somebody out. It makes me sense so selfless.

Again, your English is very bad and so it is not clear what you mean. Time exists if we don't change anyway because we use a sytem of time and you already know this. Other things change anyway so it wouldn't matter if we didn't change. And we would die too.
