out how to burn my own cd's

Apple iTunes is hands down the easiest music player to rip and burn cds.
If you want to rip a cd, simply start iTunes, and put the cd in your cd rom drive. There's an icon at the top right to immediately digitize your cd.
If you want to burn a cd, import your individual songs into iTunes, create a playlist and add them to it. Then click the same top right icon to burn a cd.
It works well on a PC or a Mac!
