Chomsky is an intelligent person, but he doesn't think very much of his own country. I think maybe he has poor self-esteem and he projects that into political masochism. His asscociation with historical revisionists would suggest that.

Would a failed state be the sole Super Power in the world? And be the most powerful country in the world? Failed state is the last thing you can use to describe America. As for democracy, we're a shining example of a successful democracy. Chomsky shouldn't be taken serious with those statements.

i'm only beggining to see the US unravell the way it is from over here in th UK, all these talks of Iran and that on the news broadcasts, I sense a nother of the governments excuses for a war to transpire soon, so they can do go over and tackle Iran who aren't bothering no one so far and use such now familar cliche's as "in the good name of God" and "god bless America" as they would go over and shoot up Iranians.

Why not try that S*** on N. korea or China, I wanna see that take place
