I am going to start a blog for people who commit random acts of kindness. We will report back on our acts, how they helped others or how they helped ourselfs. Sure there will be more to it but this will be the start.. Keep checking my 360 it should be up by the weekend.

I think it is a great idea! And I don't think it is boasting....heck, even if people want to start competing, it's still great. At least people are doing nice things for others. It is also about sharing the good feelings it creates in the do gooders. So, I don't think that the first answer to the question is very good.

A blog isnt' the right genre but a forum is start a yahoo groups called RAK Random acts of Kindness! then people can post their stories and ideas for what do to on the forum.

Sure, i hug strangers in public mostly WalMarts (they dont press charges) the tobacco company spent $27000? on charity then what millions more to tell everyone they had?
God's got a blog of everything we do, if someone sees you doing a good deed, Great! if you have to tell them eh, its ok but not the best

Why would you want to keep a LOG of all the nice things you do for other? I mean that's just boasting, hey look at me, look I did more than you did, and it takes away from doing random (THE KEY WORD HERE) acts of kindness.....-shrugs-

Great idea. Just mentioning it may encourage others. You may not be doing it for recognition, but for the opportunity to bring to light, the needs of others when readers may react to your suggestion. Creating in a snowball effect

well believe me i have helped alot of people and it really feels good but i can't leave my house as much as i want to but most on the comp. helping people so why not if it will help others why not i have nothing to lose and alot to gain
