No. Cracking your knuckles only releases nitrogen gas from your joints. That has no impact on arthritis.

Pops the pink guy init? come on you need to love Pop, he became continuously the single which were given the quick straw in them bleeding classified ads did not he? Like getting attacked through the homestead cat or falling off the cereal shelf right into a bin etc. Snap and Crackle were same to 'oh properly smile for the little ones and ignore about this, pops ruining our acceptance'.

gosh i hope not cause i do it all the time and well i cant really think of how it would give you authritis?.. i heard that the only thing it is, is air pockets in your body that when you bend your finger a way.. the air comes out.. and in a way the air makes a pop!

No it's an old wives tale. When you crack your knuckles/ joints you are relesing the flud built up in your knuckles/joints the sound is when the air rushes inplace of the fluid then is then replaced with the same fluid

yes. you are releasing the air between the cartilage, and forcing the cartilage out of the joint in small amounts, which can lead to carpel tunnel syndrome, and arthritis
