Model is HP PSC 1510 All-In-One Printer copier scanner. I got it from Best Buy last Christmas and it has NEVER worked right. I send the item to the printer and it is received and starts but the rollers never grab the paper. I can force the page in one sheet at a time and it works fine but I shouldn't have to. I have also tried different manufactures of paper with no change. What can I do? Clean? adjust? Throw the piece of crap out the window...???

it's a feed wheel / paper issue. Try paper thats glossy, paper that's not glossy, paper thats light weight (20-24 pound) or paper thats heavier (28-32 pound). if none of these work clean the feed wheels with alcohol and allow to dry for 10 seconds. fan the paper very well, and even slope the stack to favor the side it pulls from (top or bottom). if all this fails, return that bad boy TODAY !

The problem is with the feed rollers. The machine is still under warranty, but if you didn't buy the Best Buy warranty you would have to ship it off to HP to get it fixed (for free, it comes with a 1 year warranty).

HP makes the most reliable printer, but like any other company, there will always be a few lemons that come off the line.

i also have a lexmark all in one printer that is doing the same thing. i think it has to do with the grip of what pulls the paper in not the program that came with the printer. i am going to take a look at mine to see if it gets gummed up or dirty like a ball of a mouse does after prolonged use. i suggest trying to clean it out. (without making it worse).

you could recycle any piece of paper. although, you will desire to get rid of the twine binding of the notebooks. i understand in maximum places you could purely placed all the paper right into a bag a placed it on the cut back on the recycling day, or purely take it to the middle. Recycle all the paper achievable to shop the wood!

You should uninstall the printer program from your computer and to reintall it after that and your printer will be good again.

It doesn't like you. It only does it to spite you.

It thinks you're stupid for not returning it to the store upon purchase.
