So, now on the other side there is one 100-pound son and one 200-pound man. The 100-pound son goes back to the other side to join the 200-pound man and the 100-pound son. The 100-pound son gets in the boat with the other 100-pound son and goes across to the other side to join the 200-pound man. Now, the only person left on the other side is one 200-pound man. One of the 100-pound sons goes to the other side and the 200-pound man takes it back across. Then, the 100-pound son gets in and goes across the river alone to get the last 100-pound son.
