Man's an idiot. All of our advances have been made in the name of two of our highest ideals: Violence and Sex. Our very nature is self-distructive, and when we're not busy distroying ourselves, we're distroying each other. But it's not just us, it's all living entities. However, this need for personal anihilation doesn't deny us our basic rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happyness. It's a balancing act, and we're gonna be torn apart over it.

Seek Peace, Fly High, Find Love,

I think that man can totally be his own enemy, if your referring to man as in "man kind" we could be our own enemy by possibly evolving too much in technology to the point that we can't control our creations or even worse attempt to play God but, If your saying man as in an individual then I agree also that we can be our own worst enemy. We become our own enemy when we focus too much attention on the negatives within ourselves when the fact is life is filled with negatives and no one is perfect, we should think about our accomplishments and goals and how to grow to love & be comfortable with ourselves FOR ourselves rather than worring about what so & so will think or keeping up with Jones. Maybe this will help & maybe it won't but at least you got to see things from a different perspective.... and that's always good !

Yes, I believe that to be very true. We are the ones that determine where we are going to go in our lives, we are the ones that set our destiny. It is our choices that will either makes us or break us.

The only person that can make our choices and determine our destiny is ourselves
If we lose out , it is nobody else's fault, but our own.

Yeah, because you are constantly fighting with yourself from doing, saying, and being the wrong things. It's internal dialogue all of the time, 24/7 that you have to deal with.

Yes, because we are killing ourselves with our selfish ways, our habits, and we are poisoning our planet and are eventually going to make it die out. we are not taking advantage of natural things our there that can save our lives, rather preferring to make a monetary profit on things that make our lives worse.
