How do i find out who has an email address...I have their hotmail address and I need to find out her name.

You can't do this. There's nothing like a "phone book" for email addresses. And the only way an ISP will give out this information is with a court order. You could ask her to send you an email--- some people choose to display their full name in their outgoing email--- but her account may or may not be set up to show that.

The absolutely free reverse email lookup sites generally provide false information, they just want your email to send you spam. To get real information, money will have to be paid.
Also, stay away from shady reverse email lookup sites, most likely you won't get any information after you make the payment. Not to mention you won't get a report and you won't get an answer if you try to call for a refund.
