It will bring up some links where you need a subscription, but it also will give you plenty of free ones, or full text articles that have not been corrected and are free in their uncorrected from.

Hospitals usually have Medical Libraries close by and open to the public. Call a few hospitals (or doctors) and ask where one might be located. The library might have a librarian to help you zero in on articles.

I used to work in cardiovascualr epidemiolgy unit andthe grad I PA'd for loved floutin her studies in nutrition & food tech - Caroline Bolton-smith at uni of dundee she did some some decent stuff and was approachable I dunno theweb add tho sory, maybe try University web and follow links?
