You need to call your doctor and have it checked out. Most likely it is a cyst, however ther is a higher incidence of ectopic pregnancy, and infections with IUD's. Your pain could also be kidney or bladder infection or stones, appendix or pulled muscle. the tender breasts, may be an unrelated symptom. Ectopic pregnancies are SERIOUS and if you have an ectopic pregnancy that ruptures you are risking your life as well as possibly future fertility.
Also if a pregnancy has implantes with an IUD inplace physicians typically recomend NOT REMOVING THE IUD as it will typically cause you to miscarry. If you are ok with the possibility of having an oopse baby, then dont worry, the physician will remove the iud when the baby is born. (It typically comes out on its own when the baby is born and the after birth is delivered.)

You need to first get a pregnancy test done....and then see a doc for an intra-vaginal ultrasound to make sure the pregnancy is in the right spot. I had an ectopic this Feb. But, I had no pain just spotting and I was 7 wks along and they found the embryo in my left tube with a heartbeat, which my doc said was very rare to have it go that long with no pain and have the embryo still be viable. I would say not to worry too much right now until you know for sure you're pregnant. But the sooner the better with ectopics because then you have a better chance of keeping your fallopian tube, mine had to be removed :( So good luck to you and get some medical attention soon.

It won't hurt to check. Take an at home test or go to the doctor. Minus the other symptoms, somthing like 40% of women stop having periods all together while they have a Mirena.

Get it checked out, I suffered an ectopic pregnancy, I felt the same kind of pain, then I was rushed to the hospital because the pain became unbearable, I almost died because of internal blood loss. Just to be safe------> go to your doctor!

Go see a doctor dear. It could be so many things. Don't miss around when it comes to your health. I've two family members with cancer. It could have been treated if they had went sooner.
