No...it might seem like a good idea now, but when you're, like, 65? Won't be so cool anymore. You'll be all wrinkled with a tatoo.

Well, if you are sure that you want it then do it. I have four tattoos and I love every one of them, they are all unique and special just for me and regardless of what other people think I think they are fantastic. Just make sure that you know what you want and are sure that you will want it forever, that whatever it is isn't just linked to some phase you are going through. A good idea is to decide what you want and where you want it and then either draw or temporary tattoo it there for about 6 weeks....if by the end of that time you are still just as into the look as you are now then by all means get it done. Your body is a temple, time to decorate the walls.

NOOOO!!! I have one of the "old School" tattoo(I discourage this method)...the kind done with a pen, needle tape recorder motor and homemade ink. It turned out ok at first, but I HAD to have it redone so that it didn't look like a blue blob. My suggestion would be to go visit some tattoo shops if you have made your mind up and look at their work. Ask about your ideas and prices. This will be permanent so make sure you are going to like it forever. Put it in a place you can hide it if you don't want anyone to see it---some employers make you cover them up. Good luck!

I didn't get my first tattoo until I was almost 50 and went back and got another. I'm thinking about a little pair of wings for the back of my neck. I love my tattoos and don't regret them a bit. Only use a licensed artist and check them out thoroughly.

The is nothing wrong with getting a tattoo. It is a way to show self expression. And the only thing that really hurts when you get a tattoo is when they do the outline and then the rest goes numb. well atleast mine did. Oh and there is nothing wrong with piercings either. I have my belly button done.

Just make sure it is what you really want. Dont be stupid and get somebody's name unless it is your child. Also don't get something that you just fell in love with or saw on someone else. A tattoo is about you and is supposed to be a part of you. Make sure it is somewhere that will not affect you job either. Just make sure that its for you and not because everyone else is doing it.

When you are young it seems pretty cool. Not that you will believe me, because youth is forever (wink), but there will come a day when you will wish you didn't have those tattoos but will be afraid to face all the pain of removing them. So be smart and skip this impulse.

Sure why not..if you're mature and don't need parental consent go for it..you're bound to get all kinds of nasty "don't do it" replies here (people really judge tats here!!), as far as I am concerned it's your body! I have four, love them and will never regret them. Just do what feels right for you because once there their, there their to stay
See lol didn't I tell ya..people judge!! Oh, I have 11 piercings too..judge me..judge me..LMAO...careful I am a nurse and you may one day need my care...will you be so inclined to judge a tattooed person then??

Be an individual stay clean skined...I have three tatoos and at times I wish I didn't get anyone them. I have had one covered over as it was a personal thing with my ex-husband and I just kinda wish I had thought more about it first. Costs heaps to get them removed and takes up to 10 treatments to do it well! Please think about this fake ones are better and if you change your mind they are gone in mintues!!!
