Costa Rica. There are several hundred perfect spheres of stone that are located in various parts of the country's jungles. These are mysterious perfectly circular spheres of rock that are placed around the country and no one really knows how they got there. Several theories abound, of course. One is that the perfect spheres were created by boulders that fell beneath strong waterfalls and were turned over and over under the water until they became the perfect spheres. Another theory involves the placement of the spheres, which apparently line up perfectly with the Giza Pyramid in Egypt and the Easter Island Carvings and are the perfect straightaway markings for Atlantean flying machines back in the time of Atlantis. Or, of course they could have been manmade but are so superbly spherical that it is thought that no man could have made these spheres and subsequently been wiped off the earth since he was so brilliant. Personally, I like the Atlantis space flying machine theory of perfect sphere creation. But, I suppose that really a few people learned to carve so perfectly and had such a perfect eye for circles in 3D that they were capable of leaving these beautiful, large spheres just lying around in the jungle.

A zero spin black holes event horizon is the most perfect circle, possible. It is not bound by the structure of spacetime which according to loop quantum gravity is discrete. So all other circles are limited by resolutions on the order of the planck length.
