David W...I think you're absolutely right. I don't know why I always thought Too Close For Comfort spun-off from ODAAT. *shrugs* Oh well, I'll pick a new one.

Hmmm...I think "Frasier" (people...it's spelled with an 's' not a 'z') was the best and in some ways surpassed how great Cheers was.
And the worst had to be "After MASH" what were they thinking with that one?

I'll go with Happy Days as my favorite~spin off of Love American Style~~~ yes, it is true Richie was on Love American Style first.
Green Acres ~ spin off of Beverly Hillbillies wasn't too bad ;)
Least favorite~Mama's Family was horrible~spin off from The Carol Burnett Show. By the way, I REALLY HATED SCRAPPY DOO!!!
