Can you name 4 songs that they wrote for Peter and Gordon? One of the songs was under a fake name. Paul did this to see if it was a hit, even without his name as it's author. Transferred text WON'T count. Come on all you kids from the 60's. All you need is love. oops!! That's for" Another Day." (God, I'm clever.) All you really need is your aging memory! Ready? GO!

"SJ" Mike McGear was the stage name that Michael McCartney took when he was in the group, The Scaffold. The Stones recorded one of the VERY lesser songs of the Beatles..."I Wanna Be Your Man."

"Jukebox" I love your comments. One thing, though...it was GERRY, not Jerry. You're cool, though.

Paul wrote Woman (not John Lennon's Woman) for Peter and Gordon under the name Bernard Webb). They also wrote a world without love which hit #1 in 1964. Nobody I know and I don't want to see you again are the other 2 .

Paul wrote and recorded the demo come and get it then gave it to Badfinger for the soundtrack of Ringo's movie Magic Christian.

He also wrote Goodbye for Mary Hopkin (and produced it as well).

George cowrote badge with Eric Clapton for Cream.

Bad to me by billy J Kramer and the Dakotas.

Love of the loved by Cilla Black

Also did you know that the song that George Martin wanted the Beatles to record for their first single How do you do it (which was done poorly by the band so they could introduce a song they wrote on their own Love me do) was later recorded and became a hit by Jerry and the pacemakers.

From a Window and Little Children by Billy J. Kramer. I Don't Want To See You Again, Nobody I Know and World Without Love by Peter & Gordon, just off the top of my head. I'm 54 and remember the songs well.

Was the fake name Mike McGear?
In addition to Peter & Gordon, I think they wrote a song or two for the Rolling Stones.
