Comics (in the 70's) showed him using his heat vision and a mirror to shave his beard. It is a little inconstant since he has flown very close to the sun and he does not burn his hair off his head. So maybe the heat vision is hotter then the surface of the sun?!?!?
Also in the 70's the comics suggested that everything that came from Superman's ship that carried him as a child has gotten the same invulnerability that Superman got from the sun. That is why his suit so rarely needs repair as it was made from the blankets that were around him as a baby. Maybe he uses the ships parts to make him some clippers?

Why would Superman need to shave, trim nails, etc.?? He doesn't grow any older, and so shouldn't have to. I guess he could use heat vision, but that wouldn't make much sense either, would it? Because he's powerfull enough that he could fly into the Sun - Isn't he impervious to all elements when he is under the Yellow Star? (excepting with kryptonite, of course)
This is indeed a quandry for the philosiphers and comic book aphicionados.

He goes to Bruno's, a fashionable stylist in Metropolis, of course, for a full mani-pedi-trimming-facial treatment before skipping off to save the world. Where else would a buff panty wearing, red cape flaunting, knee high red designer leather boots hunk of a man like him go? The heat vision would split the ends of his hair, leave jagged blackened edges on his nails and give him a terrible razor burn.

Superman uses his heat vision to shave. He reflects the beams of mirrors and onto his face to burn the stubble. He could do the same with his hair and nails. It is also possible that he uses magic scissor and nail clippers. Superman is vulnerable to magic and it is possible for magical scissors to cut his hair.

Most of the others are right about him using heat vision to shave and stuff but if I remember right, it seems like he did make a pair of scissors out of the metal from the rocket thus it could do the job too. Bit of trivia here .... Kents glasses lenses are made of some of the glass from the rocket too which is why they dont melt when he uses heat vision through them

I saw him shaving in an older issue. He used a mirror and his heat vision. About the nails/hair? Not sure.

In the old comics it said they just grew to a set conservative length.
Now a days he could just have a magic razor or nail clipper he's weak to that and it cuts him just like it would anyone else.
So Wonder Woman probably supplies him his toiletries.

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/3e16f
