Sakura fought the Sound ninja to protect Sasuke and Naruto,when Sasuke woke up he fought the Sound Ninja but before he could go any further,Sakura told him to stop and Sasuke did.<<<<

I think Sasuke has a soft spot for Sakura but can't truly love her because of all he has lost. He is probably afraid to love because he doesn't want to get attached to anyone in fear he will lose them. He wants to love her but he can't.

Nah Sakura will eventually fall in love with another ninja from a different clan and moves on Sasuke how ever is still trying to find and kill his brother and really doesn't care for love or girls for that matter.

Sasuke stopped because he never feel a hug after the uchiha clan and his parents was killed by his brother. Now, he feeled a hug again like what a parent does to comfort his siblings. So, he stopped and calmed down.
In general, as you can see naruto series, Sasuke has no interest on anything, except to be strongger and stronger to kill his own brother to avenge their clan. So, it's very impossible for Sasuke to like Sakura and he has a bad background life especially when he still a kid when his clan was killed. As you know childhood background will always affect his adolescent.

So what? My parents tell me to do things and I do them, yet I do not like them in that incestuous way.
I have not seen Naruto in it's entirety but I think he probably will fall for her in the end.
