no they are wild, and when their animal instincts kick in and owners put them out then they will be running wild. no to legalization

No,i don't think they should because one swipe with their big arm,and you'll be in coma for 7 years and 50 days.I think the big cats should be legalized as pets.I'm 19 this year and i still want a pet cheetah.Atleast if they turn against you,you end up dead straight.No hassle in the operating theatre and no needles.Just heaven...or hell.
