Open your yahoo acct, select *delete* acct.

why does everybody want to delete the yahoo mesenger account .
if you dont like it just dont activate it and dont use it ,
but now i am worried ,also got yahoo mesenger ,
what is wrong that everybody wants to kill it???????????????????????
please tell me
to delete is included somewhere on the pages and from the pc is easy in -------add and remove programs--in control panel

you would have to delete ur yahoo account period todo that, I'd suggest just uninstaling messenger from ur computer

you can un install it.I did once but reinstalled it.
