I AM LOOKING FOR A FRIEND WHO I HAVENT SEEN IN YEARS KNOW ANY GOOD SEARCH PROGRAMS?

I've used several of them and for the most part they aren't very reliable. You usually have to pay for the service and it's usually not very up to date. Sorry, but that's been my experience.

yes its called the u.s. government they can find anybody.
