all mammals have nipples ,male and female ,
the differences between male and female is really very little .
the sexuallity does not devellop until the woman is pregnant and the acidity or PH determines the sex .
or influences its devellopment,
lets just say that we got a versitile package .
so that if any one wants to change their sexuality later on .the body is kind equiped for it .
and a good thing as well, judging by the number of people that change their sexuality in this world,
would be very hard for the males to graft some nipples on their chests if they want to become women
the hardest part would be to put them in exactly the correct places,
unbalenced nipples would look very odd.
And a lot of guys like having nipples ,they are also sensitive to us.

In utero all tissues begin to form the same until a certain point where male or female sex organs form. Up to that point, growth is standard, therefore why men have nipples.
