It's easy to feel this way about someone that you are communicating to on the internet. Probably many things in common, sense of humor, etc. Be careful tho. On the internet there is no commitment, no responsibility. It's a whole new ball game when you're together. Take things very very very slow, don't let your emotions take over, it's too dangerous. Be cautious and if you meet do it in a public place not just once but every time for quite some time.

I say yes. I met my boyfriend through another internet friend. We’ve been together for almost 3 years. And I’ve never loved a guy so much before in my life. I say take it slow. We started off as friends. Then when I was flying through his state we agreed to meet at the airport. It worked well because it was a public place with lots of people there. Plus we both had someone with us. If it feels like love go for it, but be cautious. Sometimes people who seem too good to be true aren’t what they seem.

I think it is definately possible to fall in love with someone over the internet. I actually experienced it myself several years ago.
However, I will say that if you don't live anywhere near that person, it can become very confusing. I believe that in order to experience a true and lasting love that you must be able to spend a SIGNIFICANT amount of time with that person IN PERSON. Love can start on the internet, but it must continue beyond that.

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO
my dad met my step mom over the internet back in the day when they just had chat and he moved her up to Canada from the good old USA and married her a month later..She was not cool, but cuckoo and Im not just saying that. If u dont have kids then great.
My friends dad met his wife on the comp and they were together for a few years and she left him and is fighting to take everything away from him. If you do believe this is your soulmate go ahead but dont pay for anything and pretend your poor and then you know their no toppurtunist money greedy whores. And dont rush into things. Give it a few years of living together before deciding if that is really what you want to do. Because you dont really know for sure who is sitting in front of that computer . good luck

u should always be careful when meeting someone over the net. There are many predators waiting to catch their prey. Of course many people have had success in online dating but it is always better to decide after u have seen the person and moved with them for quite sometime.

It is possible, but also be prepared to meet that person, spend time with them, get to know them first.
A lot of things might change and be totally different than what shows on the screen here.

Just be careful.

it variety of feels exceedingly hopeless to fall in love with a guy u will in no way meet. i imagine you need to objective to locate someone you are able to truly meet. yet then some thing is plausible. I met a guy from Italy and we talked for 3 years previously we met. yet we are in simple terms associates. yet when its looking like he will in no way come to usa and also you in no way going there, then more effective on.
