It's called "mosquito", and it's in the higher frequencies, which is where most hearing loss occurs - whether it's from aging, noise exposure, medical conditions or medications - so the theory is that the younger you are, the more likely you will hear it.

It don't work the people on my local news which are of course adults a few of them had downloaded it and they can hear it! So it's a rip off.

Too bad adults, teenagers, and children all hear in the same frequencies...no it does not exist. If someone is offering that they are misleading. Animals such as dogs can hear at higher frequencies, it's not an age thing
