Yahoo is not racist, but you sound like you are. You are too young to be on here, especially since you do not know how to be tactful when asking questions. Your parents should not be allowing you to be on here either so show them this. If you are going to be calling people taco-munchers and that God cursed black people, or that someone should have their jaw punched in, then yes you should be banned because you have offended some people and that's why you were reported and have been reported again. Try reading the community guidelines for this site if you can understand them and get your parents to read them also. Maybe then you might get a clue as to how you are supposed to act on this site. But try growing up first before you start asking such rude and insulting questions.

Well, first of all, Afican-Americans generally don't live in Africa, hence thats where the "american" part comes into play. If you are curious, maybe you should ask your parents to take you to the library to read about economicsin other countries, or watch PBS. Ok, so your'e 11, and just want to know more, ask the right people, like your teachers, thats what they are there for. When you single out people of a specific race, you are bound to upset people, so if you say things in a less offensive way, you may be able to get more answers, and not get reported.

Did they state that people reported you? I'm asking because I was under the impression that more than likely Yahoo has a spider scan search thing that picks up on words arranged in certain ways and so forth kind of like a search engine but it looks for key words that could possibly not be politically correct. I'm fairly certain they don't have enough people to sit and read each question and answer so try not to take it personally cuz it was just the way your words got caught up in the PC machine. Then again I'm noticing censorship more and more online soooo ...

Timmy, I think people are being stupid for banning you for your question. I strongly suggest that you learn as much as you can about this world because there will be many people that don't like you for what you believe in or for an innocent question an 11 year old could ask.
Remember, learn as much as you can, grow up to be a wise man and make as many friends as you can. Don't just be stranded in your hometown or your state, broaden your horizon and learn about other countries' culture. This way you can change the world to fit you not those who hates you.

Maybe you should've worded your question better and maybe said why is there such a high rate of poverty in countries like africa, when there are so many "rich" countries. But you're 11. Poor little thing. You were banned. You'll get over it.
