Leave them alone. No more popping. They could be ingrown hairs or pimples. You're going to the doctor, right?

It is most definatly an STD
sounds like herpies from your description.
There is no cure as of now but there are drugs that can keep it under control.See your Doctor it is hard to diagnos something without seeing it first hand blood tests will confirm the problem .
IF it is herpies you will not die from it but you can spread it or hurt an unborn child if you do not take precautions. Dont pop them there are medicines that will clear it up and relieve the pain. You must also be very carful and use protection as you are now more susceptable to other illnesses such as HIV .You may want to get an hiv test also if you contracted herpies it is possible you have contracted other problems.IF your ok which I really hope you are take this as a warning and a second chance.Be more careful in the future and wear a raincoat.
Ok scratch the STD if you a virgin,it sure sounded like herpies it must be a heat rash however herpies can be spread to an unborn baby ie your parents, some go through life with herpies and never show symtoms so it is still possible but unlikly.Go to the doctor and get tested anyway it could be anything. Tell mom and dad and make sure you tell them you are still a virgin. Are these on the head of the penis or the skin area? If it is the skin area thats is normal as long as it isnt excessive.

Thomas P has obviously never seen Herpes and I would submit to you that he probably isn't very smart. (Herpes, by the way, looks like a dirty cut and oozes a puss.)

While I am not sure what it is you have found on your penis, and while I doubt it is an STD or any other serious health problem, I would suggest that you do not try to pop them. Judging by your young age, I think this is probably related to your entering adolescence.

(And in speaking of popping things, it's also not a good idea to pop acne on your face. Popping zits creates scars, and it also spreads the acne-causing bacteria, which just creates more zits and subsequent scars from popping them. It's just best not to touch them with your hands and wash your face regularly.)

If you are going through puberty they are hairs that have not yet broke through your skin, Leave them alone because every one you pop is a hair that will not grow when you get hair on your penis these bumps will go away
