sad to say, but as long as the republicans control everything nothing will change in iraq!!! white house press secretary tony snow recently commented on the breach of the 2500 dead mark!! his comment was and i quote"ITS JUST A NUMBER" so there you are people 2500 is no big deal to them nor will 5000 or even 10000. these are the sons and daughters of workers and poor folks! not the elite that the rethugs really care about! and as long as joe sixpack down there in south carolina is too dumb to realize that then nothing will ever change!!!!!!

How many terrorist-related deaths/attacks have been prevented by the sacrafices of these and other heros?
Before you condemn the war, think about the alternatives. If we weren't fighting over there, the terrorists would be fighting over here, with innocent civilians as casualties. What would people say if we didn't go to war, but suffered 2,500 civilian deaths and 35,000 civilian wounded because of terrorist attacks?

Ain't it sad how we don't here much about the amputees. Its just as bad as a death because they will never be able to be normal again. Maybe our government should send their kids to war to be able to understand what the rest of the Americans who have suffered loss are going through.

when the libs are educated on the real issues. when the libs understand that this isn't "bush's war" - it's ours. When libs actually join the military rather than doing their duty by being a voice of dissent. we don't need your type of help. we need you to legitimately support the President and our troops so that we may get the job done then come home.
