That's a tough one. I mean Janeway is so diplomatic and always seems to have the answers, but then on the other hand Picard just seems like a born leader. How can I pick just one!

In this order - Picard, Kirk, Archer, Janeway, Sisko, Pike. Kirk created the standard but he overacted. Picard perfected the role. Archer did good as the first enterprise captain. Janeway followed Picard's footsteps. Sisko I really didn't like and Pike I really didn't now.

Picard first for sure and then Janeway, though I did have a thing about Kirk a long time ago! Yes, I'm that old!

Responses without sources aren't answers, just opinions (including this one).
Commanding officers are like duty stations. The two best duty stations you'll ever have are the one you left and the one you're going to.
