This could be a number of things. An electrolyte imbalance could cause it. You should get some bloodwork done. I'd order a CMP, Lipid Panel, and CBC to get a baseline of where you're at. When's the last time you had a physical?

poor hygiene, change in your eating habits((eating strong foods with curry, garlic etc, will cause the smells to seep through your pores)). Shower frequently wear deoderant and a nice cologne like axe..... If that doesnt work there could be a problem with your sweat glands so see your doctor.

Some of it could be the type of foods you eat. And/or it could be genetic, which means you may need some help dealing with it. I take two baths a day, but I don't have a problem. Women usually tell me they love my smell.

not showering lately, poor hygiene, too much selenium, too much garlic foods, just wrestled with a dirty dog, etc. There are also some body malfunctions that can cause a nasty stinch. Some cancers do. I'll look it up. Lung cancer, E coli infection, vaginosis, smoking, gum disease, diabetes, smoking pot, hanging around people that smoke pot, smoking cigs, hanging around people that smoke cigs, liver disease, kidney disease
