i'm looking for my cousin his mom is realy sick, his name is vern castillo. mother's name timothay castillo

For a sick mother go through the Red Cross. You will probably need his SSN. It would be good if you knew where he was stationed, but the Red Cross can probably help.

do you know the name of his base, maybe go there site or something and email the head office they may give you a lead.
